Isn’t it time Jason Wahler did time?
Seriously, how many arrests can one person endure before they stop getting second chances and actually pay the price for inexcusable, illegal behavior?
Don’t answer that, DMX.
In any case, the reality TV train wreck best known for somehow convincing Lauren Conrad to sleep with him and starring on Laguna Beach and The Hills, was busted allegedly striking a woman at a Hollywood party early Sunday.
Like we said, prison is calling.
This is at least the seventh time we have written about this giant tool being arrested. While entertaining for awhile, it stops being funny when the crime is hitting a girl.
Jason Wahler was taken into custody about 1:45 a.m. and booked on a charge of misdemeanor battery hours later. He’s currently being held on $20,000 bail.
Earlier this year, Jason was arrested for DUI - twice, in as many countries, in the span of a month. He was already on probation for God only knows what else.
Guy’s past transgressions range from excessive drinking to assaulting a tow truck driver to disorderly conduct in a hotel lobby and all sorts of other bad stuff.
A rep for Wahler could not be reached for comment. Most likely because we suspect that rep will be severing all ties with Wahler for good any second now.
At least we would hope so.
Jason Wahler: Celebrity Rehab Bound?
Finally, a reality show that will still take Jason Wahler.
Hey, he’s a reality TV star and needs to be in rehab. It’s a good fit. The rumor is that Celebrity Rehab and its venerable host Dr. Drew will welcome Wahler. Why?
Back in the day, he got arrested four times in four different states for four drinking-related offenses in under a year. That’s up there with DMX and Pete Doherty!
Then this year, he had a career resurgence, notching a pair in as many nations! Yep, he was nailed for DUI in L.A. soon after getting sprung from a Mexican jail.
Yeah … rehab might be a good idea for the man.

Jason Wahler hasn’t signed a deal yet, but his people (who apparently exist) are working on it behind the scenes, and we doubt he’d pass up a chance to be on TV.
No word if this means he will no longer do prison time, or if the rehab stint would be in addition to a jail sentence he is likely looking at for violating his probation.
We just hope they sign Stephanie Pratt and/or Kristin Cavallari to join him on the program. The Hills has some good candidates. Even Heidi Montag for that matter.

Jason Wahler Will Do Time
Jason Wahler will soon be behind bars, if anyone cares.
The ex-star of MTV’s The Hills pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor count of driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 or higher stemming from his March DUI arrest.
In exchange for his plea, prosecutors dropped another misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, but he’s not out of the woods.
Far from it.
The 23-year-old ex of Lauren Conrad will do time behind bars for his transgression, which was hardly the first of its kind. Dude gets arrested like all the time.
1994 CALLED: It wants its frosty, spiky hair back. Speaking of getting things back, here’s hoping ex-fiancee Katja Decker-Sadowski returned that engagement ring.
Per Farrah Emami, spokeswoman for the Orange County D.A.’s Office, the reality TV dumbass bad boy was subsequently sentenced to a stint in county jail, three years’ probation and three months in a first-offender alcohol program.
First offender? Did they read the wrong file?
He’ll also have to pay some fines and court fees after getting nailed behind the wheel in Newport Beach, Calif., just days after he spent time across the border in a Cabo San Lucas lockup after getting into a fight at a nightclub.
It was his sixth drinking-related arrest in five states and two countries. Now that’s something even DMX or Pete Doherty would have to give J-Wahl props for.
The Hills: The Most Unforgettable Moments
The Hills returns tonight for its final season … most likely. It could be extended a bit. Regardless, here’s a look back at some moments that defined its first five:
FORGET PARIS: In the first season finale, Lauren Conrad made a brutal mistake that would haunt her for two more years, choosing to spend the summer with tool Jason Wahler over accompanying Teen Vogue editor Lisa Love to Paris.
Fortunately, Whitney Port stepped in and fast-tracked her fashion career. Not that LC is hurting for cash, or boyfriends. Kyle Howard’s a big upgrade over J-Wahl.
FALLING DOWN: As a Teen Vogue intern, Whitney endeared herself to millions after what could have been her worst moment, falling on stage after Vogue tapped her to model Hilary Swank’s Oscar gown on Good Morning America.
The way she composed herself and handled the embarrassment with grace and dignity only impressed the higher-ups more, though (sorry to rehash this, Whit).

THE LC SEX TAPE: It did not exist, but boy, did it spark a lot of celebrity gossip. Spencer Pratt (and in turn, THG) got so much mileage out of this twisted rumor.

KISSING BRODY J: Everybody does it at some point, but Lauren and he had such chemistry. Still, despite the Las Vegas birthday hookup, Brody Jenner and Conrad determined they work better as friends, which they’ve remained since.
THE TRANSFORMATION OF HEIDI MONTAG’S FACE: Enough said, and ongoing.
WORSE THAN HEIDI: LC accused Audrina Patridge of insinuating she hooked up with Justin-Bobby - and that Audzo is worse than Heidi Montag as a result.

THE WEDDING: Heidi and Spencer’s wedding had something old, new, borrowed and even blue … the dresses worn by both Lauren Conrad and her old nemesis, Kristin Cavallari, who replaced her as the star of the show. Cold, MTV. Cold.
F*%KING PIRANHAS: Kristin didn’t wait long to stir up trouble, calling out Audrina and Stephanie Pratt and declaring “you f*%ked with the WRONG girl.”
GROSS LOVE TRIANGLE: On a list of things we didn’t need to spend a full season watching, Kristin and Audrina fighting over Justin-Bobby would be tops.
Jason Wahler Charged with DUI For 739th Time
Jason Wahler may not be a hard ass convict, but The Hills party boy is still making a run at DMX’s arrest record. The meathead was just charged with two counts of DUI after his second alcohol-related arrest in less than a month.
According to the Orange County District Attorney, Jason Wahler, whose blood alcohol level was allegedly .15 percent, or nearly double the legal limit when he was arrested March 19 - faces six months behind bars if convicted.
A week earlier, Wahler was arrested after a bar fight in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, only to be mysteriously bailed out and travel back across the border.
He then got arrested in a country where bribes don’t work as easily.

In a statement, the ex-boyfriend of Lauren Conrad says he feels extremely “ashamed” after he was arrested again for driving under the influence.
These are not the first such incidents for Wahler, who has been in rehab, and was arrested a staggering four times in as many states in one year.
Wahler is disappointed by his own bad behavior and has apologized to fans of the MTV series, which is going off the air after its sixth season run.
Jason Wahler Sprung From Mexican Jail Cell, Then Arrested Again For DUI Back in the U.S.
DMX had better watch his back.
Former Laguna Beach and Hills star Jason Wahler was arrested last week for allegedly driving under the influence, having just been sprung from jail in Mexico!
Newport Beach, Calif., police say Wahler was nabbed for driving a 2008 Chevy Tahoe while intoxicated. Hilariously, he described himself to police as “an actor.”
He was released under his own recognizance. You may recall Wahler was arrested in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico and held there earlier this month after a bar fight.
As for how he got back to the U.S., that remains shrouded in mystery. The U.S. Consulate is, for whatever reason, kept the reason for his release on the DL.
Until he gets arrested, we always forget about him too.
Jason Wahler was cuffed a week ago Thursday and thrown in the slammer after getting in a fight, yet no record of Jason was found during calls to various jails.
The Consulate says he was released seven hours after being locked up after the ex of Lauren Conrad signed a document keeping the terms of his release secret.
- Who knew you could even do that, it’s news to us, and
- You have to wonder what he did to secure his release.
You gotta love Mexico.
According to Wahler’s father, no charges were filed against his son in Mexico. As for the Newport Beach DUI, he’s not likely to be let off with any secret bribe.
Jason Wahler Arrested in Cabo
Remember Jason Wahler? The reality star best known for dating Lauren Conrad on Laguna Beach and The Hills, and for being a douche and getting arrested a lot?
Well, he’s still around, and back to his old tricks!
Fortunately, we don’t mean dating LC. Dude got arrested and thrown in the back of a pickup truck down in Mexico after he allegedly got into a fight at a nightclub.
Sources say it all went down at a club called the Pink Kitty in Cabo San Lucas, where the meathead to the max got into a big scuffle with someone inside the bar.
Security escorted Jason Wahler outside after the alleged fight too place, at which point local cops manhandled him and tossed him into the back of a pickup truck.

Interestingly, despite this report, police deny that anyone named Jason Wahler was in their jail this week, and his rep or lawyer have declined comment so far.
Which basically means he’s being held without cause … or with cause, who knows. But it seems like this guy and a jail cell are simply destined to be together.
Jason Wahler Arrested For Hurling Shoes at Bouncer
Former Laguna Beach star Jason Wahler got arrested Friday night after he got drunk and threw his shoes at people. Yes, really, according to law enforcement.
Wahler got into a scuffle with a bouncer at the Ocean Avenue Brewery in his hometown of Laguna Beach, Calif., and eventually got himself ejected from the joint.
Somehow Jason Wahler, who used to date Lauren Conrad on The Hills, made his way back inside, police later said, and the bouncers had to toss him out again.
The best part?
Witnesses say a frustrated Jason removed his shoes and hurled them into the bar, at which point security came out to remove him, and Wahler threw a punch.
The cops arrived and arrested the reality TV loser for battery and public intoxication. The Jason Wahler mug shot above was thus added to his personal gallery.
Oh, and Wahler still has 11 days left on his probation stemming from his drunken, racist, homophobic, violent tirade against a tow-truck driver back in 2007.
That means if he gets convicted, he faces even more trouble. Enjoy jail!
Wahler was recently fired from some movie role he somehow landed. Maybe that played into this outburst somehow. Or maybe he is just a drunken idiot.
Jason Wahler Fired, Kicked Off Movie Set
Former Laguna Beach, The Hills and Lauren Conrad love life star Jason Wahler was fired from the film he was set to star in, according to Radar Online.
The reason? The catch-all “personal problems,” natch.
“Jason Wahler was let go from the project because of his behavior,” a well placed source close to the film said of the troubled wannabe actor, 22.
The movie, Five Good Years, is to be filmed in Detroit.
According to sources, Jason Wahler wowed executives at FourTwoFive Films and they hired him without even auditioning. That all changed in days, however.
Director Bruce Reisman says “FourTwoFive Films did not proceed in formalizing our offer with his management as a result of “any drug or alcohol problem.”

While quick to note that Jason Walher was not witnessed being inebriated or high in the process, Reisman says he and staff “experienced first-hand behavior from Jason that was not conducive with FourTwoFive Films’ expectations.”
On The Hills, Jason’s behavior was ultimately too much for Lauren Conrad.
Following his departure from the show, it was too much for various laws.
He was arrested four times (in four different states!) for various charges including underage drinking and assault. He spent time in jail and rehab.
Jason appeared to be cleaned up when he got engaged in 2007, but he and USC student Katja Decker-Sadowski broke that off this past February.
