Sandra Bullock & Jesse James: It’s Seriously Over!
He’s wanted her back since the beginning. He’s following her to Texas “for the kids.” But Jesse James has no chance of winning over Sandra Bullock.
A source close to the motorcycle mogul says that despite the fact that Jesse is moving, and that Bullock did not try to dissuade him, it’s over. Done.
“The only reason Sandy gave the green light to Jesse’s move to Austin is because she wants to maintain a relationship with his children,” the source said.
Bullock, who celebrated her 45th birthday yesterday, “loves those children but she has absolutely no intention of getting back together with Jesse, ever.”
“She wanted the divorce done quickly, so she could move on with her life.”
NO, IT’S REALLY OVER: Sorry, Jesse James.
The move to Texas comes on the heels of Jesse’s recently court victory against his other ex-wife, Janine Lindemulder, with whom he has a daughter, Sunny.
Bullock has been instrumental in raising Sunny since marrying James in 2005, and would like to continue being a part of the little girl’s life … but not his.
Jesse was caught cheating with Michelle “Bombshell” McGee back in March, at which point several other tattooed women revealed their affairs with him.
Sandra’s primary focus now is on being a full-time mom to adopted son Louis, and having an active role in her step-children’s lives - for all their sakes.
“Sandy is civil to Jesse for the sake of the children, that’s it,” the source said. “If there were no children, Sandy would have nothing to do with him, period.”
Sandra Bullock: Taking Jesse James Back?! (No)
Since the day Sandra Bullock left Jesse James, her estranged, cheating hubby has done everything to win her back. Will he succeed? Yes, says Life & Style!
The hack publication is likely making this up - Sandra did everything in her power to expedite her divorce from James, and is naturally in contact with him because of her close relationship to his three children - but no matter.
That doesn’t make for nearly as interesting a magazine cover …
WHY SHE’S TAKING HIM BACK: She’s not. Sorry.
According to the celebrity gossip publication, Jesse is closer than ever to getting a second chance with her. Closer than ever … not hard when you were never close.
“Her heart is open to him again,” an insider says, supposedly. Sources confirm that Jesse and Sandra are talking, claiming that it’s for the sake of the children only.
Which it probably is.
“Sandra will never fully get over the way Jesse betrayed her,” the insider says of his railing Michelle McGee and others. “But he did give her the family she wanted.”
“And because of that, she’s able to forgive him.”
Sure thing. As for Jesse relocating his home and businesses to Austin, Texas, where Sandra spends much of her time with adopted son Louis? That much is true - for the kids’ sake. Don’t look for a reconciliation anytime soon.
Jesse James Wins Custody Fight, May Move Closer to Sandra Bullock
Jesse James effectively trounced ex-wife Janine Lindemulder in their custody battle when a court ruled he may take their 6-year-old daughter Sunny to Texas.
That’s where his other, more famous ex, Sandra Bullock, owns a home.
Lindemulder, a former porn star who lives in California, wailed when the Orange County, Calif., judge announced the decision. “I’ll move! I’ll move!” she cried.
“I can’t get attached and let her go!”
Whether she actually will move is debatable, since she just got out of a halfway house and is likely unable to leave the state without the parole board’s okay.
James and Lindemulder faced off in a week-long trial.
The motorcycle mogul claims that a move to Austin would be for business purposes, although he was quoted in an online interview saying another reason is so his three children can maintain a close relationship with stepmom Bullock.
The two were set to adopt baby Louis together, but following the shocking cheating scandal that ended their marriage, Sandra will now raise the boy alone.
Lindemulder accuses James of moving to exclusively try to win back Bullock, who is close with the child, at the expense of her own relationship with Sunny.
The judge said James and Lindemulder will have joint custody but James can take Sunny to Texas at the start of her new school calendar, in mid-August.
Until then, Sunny will be with her mom, who James says is a threat to the child, or at least could be if her recurring addiction problems surface yet again.
Jesse James Alleges Death Threat From Ex-Wife
The chilling Mel Gibson tape, in which he berates ex-girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva, is apparently not the only celebrity death threat alleged this afternoon.
Jesse James’ ex-wife, Janine Lindemulder, threatened to kill him in the past, according to what his lawyer just told the judge in their nasty custody battle.
Fighting for custody of daughter Sunny, James personally has been testifying on the stand this morning, but hasn’t mentioned the allegation … so far.
The motorcycle guru bought a house in Austin, Texas, and wants to take Sunny there so she can be closer to his most recent ex-wife, Sandra Bullock.
Ex-wife #2 is far from pleased about that proposed plan.
At least Jesse James and Sandra Bullock split amicably and quietly. He and his prior ex-wife are at each other’s throats in court, and it’s getting uglier every day.
Over nearly five years of marriage, Bullock developed a close relationship with Sunny and his two older kids before his cheating led to their divorce.
Lindemulder, who just got out of a halfway house and can’t leave the state of California, filed documents trying to stop the planned move by James.
Janine says the Sandra Bullock excuse doesn’t hold water because if she really cared about Jesse’s children … she would have stayed in California.
We’ll see what a judge has to say about that, but we know James has alleged on many previous occasions that unstable Janine is a threat to Sunny.
A big enough threat to bar her from all contact? Stay tuned.
Jesse James: Ex-Wife a Threat to Sunny
Jesse James says his ex-wife - the second one, not Sandra Bullock, who he officially divorced this week - poses a serious threat to his six-year-old daughter.
He’s not a fan of Janine Lindemulder.
He filed explosive documents in his custody war with Janine, including emails in which she allegedly admits to drug use, prostitution, and extreme jealousy of Bullock.
The documents show emails Janine sent to Jesse’s sister, Julie James England, from 2008-2009, which Jesse claims prove Janine is a threat to daughter Sunny.
Among the shocking items: Janine Lindemulder revealed how she agreed to spend one night with a man named Pete, who would in turn pay her $25,000.
Jesse’s sister warns, “this [sic] is a form of prostitution.”
Jesse James’ relationship with his second ex-wife is a bit contentious.
Janine goes on to complain about her daughter’s relationship with Sandra Bullock, stating “all [sic] Sunny talks about is Sandy, Sandy! WTF?!” Indeed.
After begging for Vicodin from Julie James - and being denied - she wrote, “I am so depressed, Sun is suffering, I can’t even find the energy to play with her.”
“It’s 9:30 and I don’t even know what she ate today,” the porn star, who’s currently out on parole, added. “Not being awake makes everything better.”
Maybe it’s not the worst thing in the world Jesse’s moving to Texas so that Sunny and his two older kids (from his first ex) can stay close to Sandra.
Sandra Bullock and Jesse James: Inside the Divorce
Sandra Bullock and Jesse James’ divorce was finalized this week.
That doesn’t mean their relationship is completely over, however, according to sources. The exes will continue to be involved in each other’s lives, People reports.
Jesse and Sandra, who wed in 2005, will work together as co-parents of James’ kids Sunny, 6, Jesse Jr., 12, and Chandler, 15, from his two previous marriages.
The divorce’s completion also clears the way for Bullock to finalize her adoption of son Louis, 6 months, and for her recognition as the boy’s sole legal guardian.
“It’s not like they’re talking every day, but they’re in touch about things,” a source close to both says. “It seems like it’s about the kids more than anything.”
For her part, Bullock, 45, has been “chilling out” in New Orleans and Austin, Tx., with Louis. James, 41, has made it clear he plans on moving to Texas as well.
He may not think he can win her back romantically, but “He has a goal,” says a James pal. “He wants his life back, a sense of normalcy and his family back.”
Their divorce really was amicable, too.
Sandra may have had issues with Jesse after the Michelle McGee cheating scandal, but she trusted him and vice versa when it came to deciding who got what.
Jesse and Sandra trusted each other when it came to listing the value of the assets they each held and the debts they each owed, unusual in a high-profile split.
They waived their right to independently investigate the true value of the items, entered into a confidential property settlement agreement and waived alimony.
Sandra Bullock-Jesse James Divorce: A Done Deal
Sandra Bullock didn’t waste any time.
Not even four months after Jesse James’ affairs with Michelle “Bombshell” McGee and other assorted hoes became exposed, the actress’ divorce from him is final.
Both Sandra Bullock and her now-ex have signed the final documents, filed and sealed with the clerk’s office in Travis County, Texas, within the last week.
Sources confirm the papers make the divorce final, although the contents, including all financial details of their split, will forever remain confidential.
Insiders do say the divorce clears the way for Sandra to complete a single parent adoption, however. Initially, both of them planned to adopt baby Louis.
DONE: Sandra Bullock and Jesse James would have celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary July 16. Alas, dude screwed up big time - literally and otherwise.
Bullock filed for divorce back on April 23, saying her marriage to James “has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities.”
That’s code for “my husband is a cheating jackass.”
So what happens to their relationship going forward? It now appears reports of James moving to Texas to win Bullock back were only partially true.
He wants his children to continue to have a relationship with her, and getting away from his other ex-wife, Janine Lindemulder, is an added bonus.
Janine is on parole and can’t leave California. Sucks to be her!
Jesse James: Moving to Texas!
Sandra Bullock, beware. Your ex is on the move - to a Texas city near you.
At a custody hearing Friday in Orange County, Calif., Jesse James’ attorney John Schilling confirmed rumors that he is permanently moving to Austin in July.
The 41-year-old biker, who shared a home in Seal Beach, Calif., with Bullock, will make the move finishes taping a History Channel special. His reason to?
James said this weekend that his kids love Bullock, who owns a home and lives in Austin herself. The kids want to keep their relationship with her, he says.
He will continue operating West Coast Choppers in Orange County, but plans to work full-time in Austin, where he’ll open another Cisco Burger restaurant.
Some say he may betray Bullock again, but there’s more to it than that.
Jesse James is about to mess with Texas … and Janine Lindemulder.
In addition to moving closer to Sandra (whatever the motives), Jesse James’ relocation may be designed to thwart Janine Lindemulder, his previous ex-wife.
The porn star, who has battled substance abuse problems and was recently let out of a halfway house, is battling James for custody of daughter Sunny, 6.
She lives in L.A., and over Jesse’s objections, was granted periodical, supervised visits earlier this month. But her parole bars her from leaving the state.
In other words, she’d be SOL if Jesse and Sunny moved to Texas. Later!
“He wants her to have a relationship with Sunny, and they are trying to work things out,” said Schilling of Janine Lindemulder, without elaborating further.
Jesse James: Janine Lindemulder is Unstable
He may be America’s Most Hated, but Jesse James says his ex-wife Janine Lindemulder is a hard core druggie who shouldn’t be left alone with their child.
In short, he’s an immoral, cheating mess - but she’s flat out dangerous!
She’s also a convicted felon, which he didn’t even mention in his recent bid to keep their daughter protected from her, but it probably won’t help her case.
Jesse believes Janine is so unstable that he’s refusing to allow daughter Sunny to spend time alone with her mom, in spite of a court order to the contrary.
The embattled bike entrepreneur’s attorney is going to court Friday morning, armed with evidence that his second ex-wife cannot be trusted unmonitored.
Janine and Sandra are both peeved at Jesse … for different reasons.
The judge in the custody battle issued an order last week, allowing Janine, a porn star straight out of a halfway house, the right to unmonitored visitation.
James, who has full custody rights for the time being, granted her access to Sunny recently, but apparently soured on the prospect of unsupervised time.
Reports say Janine was actually supposed to see Sunny yesterday but Jesse refused to hand over the 6-year-old girl because he felt she would be at risk.
Unfortunately for Jesse, the judge rejected Jesse’s claim that ex-wife be denied visitation after her current husband denied she’s on drugs in two letters.
As if drama with Sandra Bullock weren’t enjoy for Jesse these days … poor guy. Well, partially. He deserves all the blame for cheating on Sandra. Jerk!
Jesse James Allows Ex Visitation With Daughter
After a court battle that was getting ugly in a hurry, Jesse James agreed to allow his second ex-wife, Janine Lindemulder, a supervised visit with their child.
Tomorrow, Janine will have a long-awaited reunion with Sunny James, daughter of Jesse James and stepdaughter to his now-estranged wife Sandra Bullock.
The motorcycle mogul’s attorneys met with Lindemulder and her legal team in court on Thursday to finalize the agreement for her to visit the six-year-old.
James has full custody. Since she got out of prison (really), Lindemulder has sought 50-50 custody again, assailing Jesse in court papers and in the media.
“I’m so pleased I will get to see my daughter,” Janine Lindemulder said, adding that they will meet next week to discuss long-term visitation arrangements.
Jesse James extended the olive branch to Janine Lindemulder. For now.
Married to James from 2002-2003, the porn star hasn’t seen Sunny face-to-face since her tax evasion conviction and subsequent jail/halfway house stints.
James previously complained that Lindemulder had “no filter” when talking with their young daughter, and noted that she flaked on a Christmas Day call.
He also said in court documents this week that Janine once put Sunny’s life at risk by joyriding around under the influence. Yeah. That’s never a good sign.
Married to Jesse since 2005, Sandra Bullock helped raise Sunny in the home she and James once shared. Then he ruined everything by cheating on her.
It’s sad, as Sunny could use a good maternal influence.
